Usage and billing

Understand subscriptions, credits, invoices, usage, and account limits.

Subscription plans

Open Billing to view the current subscription, available self-serve plans, and Enterprise contact options. Monthly subscriptions and included credits are shown in the pricing cards and confirmed by the checkout flow.

Enterprise customers can contact sales@noumena.com for enterprise, hosted, and on-prem pricing.

Usage

Open Usage to inspect current balances, credit balances, model usage, and the usage period. Use the model pricing table to understand the unit and rate for a line item before investigating a change in spend.

Credits and invoices

Prepaid credits supplement the credits included with a subscription. Billing shows invoices, invoice dates, amounts, and hosted invoice links when available. Treat the hosted invoice as the payment record and the usage page as the operational usage view.

Limits and alerts

Billing settings can define organization and per-key daily or monthly limits, hard stops, and alert thresholds. Set limits before sharing a key with an automation or team, then test the alert path with a harmless low-volume request.

If billing access is not enabled for an account, the product intentionally withholds balances and payment actions. Ask an organization administrator to provision access rather than attempting to bypass the page.
